Micro Vacuum pump application

Micro vacuum pump is also known as micro diaphragm pump, micro air pump or micro air pump. In terms of medium, it can be divided into three types: gas, liquid, and gas-liquid mixture.

The micro-diaphragm pump uses a motor to directly drive a shaft and a crank-connecting rod assembly, which rotates eccentrically to push the membrane

The sheet is agitated back and forth, causing the diaphragm to reciprocate, forming suction and discharge pressure.

When the diaphragm of the diaphragm pump moves backward, the diaphragm is gradually recessed, and the volume in the diaphragm pump cavity expands.

The pressure decreases accordingly; when the pressure is lower than the inlet pipe pressure, the inlet valve of the pump opens and the fluid/gas flows into the diaphragm pump cavity. When the piston moves to the inner dead center, the volume in the pump chamber reaches the maximum, the pressure reaches the minimum, the fluid/gas fills the diaphragm pump chamber, and the inlet valve is closed at this time.

The inhalation process is completed and the extrusion process begins. When the piston moves forward, the diaphragm slowly bulges, the volume in the diaphragm pump chamber shrinks, the pressure in the chamber expands, the outlet valve is pressed open, and the fluid/gas is pressed out of the pump chamber, when the piston reaches the outer dead center, the outlet The valve is closed by the elastic force, the fluid is discharged, and the diaphragm pump starts a new suction process. In this way, the continuous suction and discharge, the diaphragm pump forms a continuous and stable output.
