Description

Micro vacuum pump is also known as micro diaphragm pump, micro pump or micro pump, the use of medium, can be divided into gas, liquid, gas-liquid mixture and so on three kinds.

The micro diaphragm pump is a motor that directly drives a shaft and a crank connecting rod assembly in an eccentric rotating manner to push the film

The piece is agitated back and forth, so that the diaphragm does reciprocating movement, forming the suction and discharge pressure.

When the diaphragm of the diaphragm pump moves back, the diaphragm gradually recesses, and the volume in the diaphragm pump chamber expands.

The pressure is lowered; When the pressure is below the inlet pipe pressure, the inlet valve of the pump opens and the fluid/gas flows into the diaphragm pump chamber. When the piston moves to inner dead center, the volume in the pump chamber is at its maximum, the pressure is at its minimum, the fluid/gas fills the diaphragm pump chamber, and the inlet valve closes.

The suction process is complete and the extrusion process begins. When the piston moves forward, the diaphragm bulges slowly, the volume in the diaphragm pump chamber shrinks, the pressure in the chamber expands, the outlet valve is pressed open, and the fluid/gas is pressed out of the pump chamber. When the piston reaches the outer dead center, the outlet valve is closed due to the elastic action, the fluid is discharged, and the diaphragm pump starts a new suction process. In this way, continuous suction and discharge, diaphragm pump to form a consistent and stable output.
